You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using nusmasx Edge, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Service Description

nusmasx Edge is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides trading insights, bias predictions, and analytics. We provide predictions and analytics based on multiple data sources and machine learning models.

Important Disclaimer: nusmasx Edge provides market intelligence and predictions, but does not constitute financial advice. All predictions are based on historical data and models, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk of loss.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in Euros (€). All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access will be terminated.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. All sales are final.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nusmasx Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
